Our booth at the Ideal Home Show at the end of March raised a lot of eyebrows in the 3 days we were there. Incorporating new design approaches and materials, potential kitchen buyers liked what they saw.
Starting with the lift up door in the coffee bar, the natural walnut butcher block and wine caddy accents really looked nice against our new paint colour Notre Dame in the skinny shaker door.
Within our door samples on display, there were 6 new earthy neutral paint colours including inspirations from Benjamin Moore’s Boreal Forest, Nature Lover and Rooftop Garden. MCK’s Inspiration Collection was also unveiled, 8 woodgrain shaker doors ranging in off-white to charcoal with beige tones in-between. All the beauty and texture of real wood with the durability and price point of a modern laminate finish.
The two tone beveled shaker main display with Boreal Forest green bases and white dove uppers caught the imagination of many of our booth visitors. Hidden behind the doors were some interesting accessories to help keep you organized and make the most of a corner cabinet space. Silestone quartz Lime Delight topped the cabinets of nicely.
A shaker vanity built using our new Inspired Collection colour Whisper topped with a 2cm White Rock quartz top showed the possibilities of this innovative material.
Front and center, the natural walnut island with Calacatta Gold quartz countertop turned a lot of heads and drew people into our booth. The pet feeding station on the end was especially popular.
We look forward to installing these booth components in our showroom soon and sharing our latest innovations with every visitor to our Dartmouth location.
