I wasn't sure what I wanted when I came in and relied a lot on Roy's advice and the final product was absolutely amazing. Your service team is also incredible. It wasn't completely done on the first day and we needed something fixed before the weekend and they came back at 5 p.m on Friday to get this done for us. I was extremely impressed. You also over delivered on timelines promised and had my kitchen in earlier than I was expecting which was appreciated. Chris, This note is to thank you for the fine work which you and Mike's Country Kitchens did recently on our kitchen renovation and cabinetry. Overall, we're very pleased not only with the final results but with dealing with you from initial information gathering through to installation. While we were comparison shopping and considering which kitchen installer to hire, the following points made it clear to us that MCK would do the best job: No-one else actually came out to our house to take exact measurements and see any potential problem areas first-hand. We sensed an interest in the kitchen as a whole when you anticipated problems that the plumber and electrician would have. We didn't think this was your responsibility, given that you were only providing cabinets. You stayed after hours at your showroom on several occasions to consult with us. Your price quote was competitive and considered the best value by us (although it was not the lowest quote of the four we received from various installers). Once we had decided on MCK, the high level of customer service continued, as demonstrated by the following points: Many revisions to our kitchen layout were made. Good advice was offered but the final design, specifically relating to the island and countertop, was done the way we preferred. A good documentation package on your products was provided. MCK was ready to do the installation before we were. There was good communication between you, the work scheduler, the carpenters and us. Last minute changes to the cabinetry, based on advice from our electrician, were accommodated quickly. The carpenters arrived right on time as scheduled and worked efficiently. Very professional!! The one major problem that cropped up on installation day was promptly solved satisfactorily the following morning. After talking with friends and colleagues about their experiences, we were initially worried about the things that often go wrong during renovations. However, we had no such horror stories to tell while dealing with you. As I said, we're very pleased with our new kitchen and have no hesitation recommending MCK to friends. Thank you again

Hello Steven ... my name is Darlene Adams... l had new kitchen cupboards that we purchased and had installed from you four years ago. Over time, one of the corner doors became warped and did not close or hang properly! Called about a month ago and someone was here within a day to look at it and deal with the problem. Yesterday they installed a new door and I am absolutely thrilled with it... I was told the color may be off a tiny bit but I do not see it. Everyone that I have dealt with at MCK has been very helpful and I would like to thank them very much...

Hi Roy, Just a quick note to say that I am tremendously impressed with the new kitchen. I feel like I’m standing in a showroom. Thank you for designing such a fantastic collection of cabinets. The new design is far, far better than what was there before. The installers did a fantastic job: they dealt with some nasty surprises that were out of their control, and they voluntarily went the extra mile in several situations – for example, the plumbing pipes that run down the wall beside the sink are now enclosed in finished oak, rather than the original ugly painted box that previously contained them. They were by far the most courteous and professional work crew that I’ve had in this house. Thanks!

We first dealt with Chris whom we found to be very professional and helpful in every way. We had a second quote from another well known company and even though they came back with a lower price we decided to go with Chris, which I think says a lot for your employee. The cabinets were installed by Thomas Ryan and Mike Hunt and we thought they did a very professional job as well. A couple of adjustments had to be taken care of and Eric Viau promptly fixed the matter. We had cabinets installed in our new summer home about 7 years ago and again were very pleased with the job.
